Here’s what you can expect from us

What to expect

  1. Before posting or screening prospects we will give you a questionnaire to fill out in order to represent your company while screening prospects. This will include screening questions, company philosophy, days of work, home or ground routes, and expectations.*
  2. Post the ad.*
  3. Next, we will screen prospects; if they pass the initial screen they will be emailed the application and start the process of getting qualified.*
  4. The applicant will be given drug screen paperwork; this will be given by the contractor or BC.
  5. Applicants will be monitored with daily communication to the contractor from Hire Delivery on the progress of each applicant.
  6. Once they are clear, you will be in charge of administering the road test and turning in for safeties final approval.
  7. Once fully approved, we will update your employee files in the database*
